Who are we? Operating under the name of Florida Parks, our management team has over fifty years in this business, developing and operating many manufacturing housing communities.
Well, retirement just didn’t suit us and we are returning to our roots doing what we do best, development.
Our first project is The Preserve and it will be a spectacular 5-star 55+ active community in the city of Lake Suzy. Situated between Tampa Bay and Ft. Myers, The Preserve is nestled away from the traffic and congestion, yet minutes from attractions, theater, shopping, museums and more. We will be breaking ground in September of 2019!
