My grandpa lives in this mobile home neighborhood, and I’ve never seen him more comfortable in a living space before. The tight-knit community makes him feel at home instantly. Living with his wife, my grandma, they have just enough space to balance living privately but also maintaining relationships with neighbors and members of the community. When I visit my grandparents, I immediately feel a strong sense of community even though I am not a resident there. If you or a person you know is looking for a home, I strongly urge you to check out The Preserve in Lake Suzy as your next place to live. – Riley V.

We are new to the Preserve and I must say it is the best decision we make. Love, love our home. All of the people both workers and homeowners are wonderful and so welcoming. The amenities are amazing: the gym, pool, game rooms, kitchen, activities are so fun. There is an amazing sports complex. There isn’t anything anyone wouldn’t do for you. A real “family”. My mom lives here. my family and I have visited many times, we love the Preserve! It’s well maintained, has an awesome community and tons of events. I look forward to visiting each time, we’ve met so many genuinely kind hearted and interesting people, many who have become close family friends. I do wish their office would be a little more with the times when it comes to technology so my mom didn’t have to do as much in person. Other than that it’s 10/10. We are so happy to be here. It’s secluded and yet so close to everything. We have the best neighbors and have made great friends. Beautiful pool and amenities. Everything is so new and clean. We are just far enough inland that we don’t get the flooding that homes on the bay or coast get. So glad we made the decision to move down here – no regrets ! – Meg O.
