In these photos you can really see the recent progress at The Preserve, especially in the public areas like the Clubhouse. Also: take note of that bright Florida sunshine, in January!
Happy holidays from The Preserve! Wow, you can really see the progress on the community with these latest aerial shots. Up to now it’s maybe taken some imagination to visualize what the community will look like; no more. A lot of progress has been made to close out the year…despite everything else that’s happened in 2020!
Work continues at The Preserve. These aerial photos show the state of the community just before Thanksgiving, 2020.
Progress continues at The Preserve, and to help you understand what’s happening we’ve added labels to identify the different sections of the community. Upon entering from the highway, the first thing a visitor (or a future resident) would see is the Sales Center to the left (close-up in the second photo). Continuing straight, you would come to the Clubhouse area (third photo). To the right of the that will be the various Sports Courts (fourth photo). Turn left instead at the Clubhouse, and you would come to Phase 1 of the community (fifth photo).
With these latest in-progress photos, you can really see the community taking shape. The water features are in place, along with landscaped borders. Streets are paved, lots are graded, and homes are being installed. We hope you’re as excited at the state of progress as we are…and remember to check back soon for even more photos.
Summer has been a busy time at The Preserve, and progress continues at a good clip. Keep checking back for more in-progress shots as fall arrives.
More progress is being made at The Preserve. The infrastructure for Phase One is almost complete. Notice on these recent aerials that asphalt has been poured on Preserve Parkway and you can also see that the first amenity area has been cleared as we prepare to construct the clubhouse.
