The Preserve fared incredibly well during Hurricane Ian with only minor damage. Our beautiful homes were virtually untouched during this unprecedented storm. The work on Phase 2 continues and we would love to show you our community that you would be proud to call home.
As the end of summer comes nearer, work on Phase 2 of The Preserve has shown real progress. Meanwhile, Phase 1 is virtually complete. Remember to check back in the future for more photos.
Phase 2 continues to look like an encore performance of Phase 1, with everything quickly taking shape just as the first phase of the community did. Keep checking back in the coming months to see more progress at The Preserve.
Phase 2 is taking shape quickly. At this time last year, Phase 1 hadn’t progressed much beyond this stage—and look at it now! Phase 1 is nearly 100% complete, a real, functioning community of homeowners. Remember to check back next month to see more progress at The Preserve.
Phase 1 is just about finished, as you can see from the photographs here, and Phase 2 is taking shape beside it. You can see now the general shape of this new section, and easily imagine the future (not long now) when it will be filling up with new homeowners, just as Phase 1 has. There are very few gaps left in Phase 1, as most of the lots are filled now. Most of the heavy lifting is being done in Phase 2, which is really coming along. Check back next month to see even more progress in The Preserve.
Phase 1 of The Preserve is almost totally filled now, as work continues on Phase 2. And as you can see from the photo of the clubhouse, quite a few of the new residents are RVer’s. Remember to check back next month for more in-progress photos.
More and more homeowners are moving into Phase 1, as Phase 2 of The Preserve continues to take shape. The plume of smoke visible in some of the photos, near the community’s Model Center, represents land clearing for the RV storage area. The building currently under construction in the Amenity Center will be the bathhouse. Keep coming back to see more in-progress shots of The Preserve.
