Although construction is obviously ongoing, in these photos it’s equally obvious that The Preserve is now a real, living community. More and more homeowners are settling in, as the community continues to take shape around them. Check back in the future for more aerial progress photos.
More and more homesites have been converted to actual homes, as residents continue to move in. Much progress has been made to the common areas of the community as well. Remember to keep checking back for more photos of progress at The Preserve.

Happy holidays from The Preserve! Wow, you can really see the progress on the community with these latest aerial shots. Up to now it’s maybe taken some imagination to visualize what the community will look like; no more. A lot of progress has been made to close out the year…despite everything else that’s happened in 2020!

Progress continues at The Preserve, and to help you understand what’s happening we’ve added labels to identify the different sections of the community. Upon entering from the highway, the first thing a visitor (or a future resident) would see is the Sales Center to the left (close-up in the second photo). Continuing straight, you would come to the Clubhouse area (third photo). To the right of the that will be the various Sports Courts (fourth photo). Turn left instead at the Clubhouse, and you would come to Phase 1 of the community (fifth photo).
