As spring emerges at The Preserve, the roads in Phase 3 have taken shape. Most of the homesites in Phase 2 are now filled. The clubhouse is bustling and the tennis and pickleball courts are filled day and evening. Come and see our beautiful and active community for yourself.
February has been good for progress in our lovely neighborhood. You can appreciate the substantial size of Phase 3 now that the site work has reached its boundaries. As 2024 has dawned on Florida, The Preserve continues to flourish. During the holiday season, more new neighbors joined us in Phase 2. Meanwhile, Phase 3 continues to emerge as you can clearly see the exciting shape of things to come.
Happy Holidays from The Preserve! The year 2023 has given us much progress: the growth of Phase 2 and the reveal of Phase 3, our largest phase to-date. We are looking forward to the New Year, which promises even more success for our desirable community.
As the holiday season begins and cooler weather has arrived, we can see Phase 2 turning green with new lawns as new neighbors move in. The progress in Phase 3 becomes more exciting as we begin to see the expanse of our largest neighborhood.

As autumn approaches, the crucial but tedious site work on Phase 3 continues. Phase 3 will become our largest neighborhood to date. Work on Phase 2 continues apace with more new homeowners joining the growing ranks of The Preserve.
