During the dog days of summer, our crews continue to work on Phase 3 of The Preserve, as well as preparing the final new homes of Phase 2. We celebrate summer at The Preserve all year long. Many residents take advantage of the myriad organized activities, such as pickleball, bocce ball, mahjong, poker, bridge, water volleyball, and so much more. Our calendar is booked seven days a week. If a leisurely pace is your preference, socializing at the pool or clubhouse is always an option. Explore the lifestyle of The Preserve with a complimentary stay in one of our guest houses.
While The Preserve residents are enjoying the springtime activities in beautiful southwest Florida, our crews continue working on Phase 3 of our growing community. Phase 3 will be larger than the combined size of Phases 1 and 2. View our progress photos below.

As autumn approaches, The Preserve residents look forward to playing tennis, shuffleboard, and pickleball on our lighted courts, and attending social functions in our beautiful clubhouse.
